IS DELIVERY OF SOFAS AND FURNITURE FREE?

Yes, if you live in the UK (mainland), we offer free delivery to most areas. However, there is a surcharge for regions that are beyond our regular delivery routes. These areas include:

ENGLAND: EX, TQ, PL, TR

SCOTLAND: All Postcode Areas

If you live in any of these postcode areas, a delivery surcharge of £99 will apply, regardless of the order size.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, please contact us for a quote.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to islands off the UK Mainland (e.g., Isle of Wight, Isle of Man). However, if you have a UK mainland shipper, we can deliver to them.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER ITEMS?

Typically, we provide delivery through a two-person service. Your item will be brought into your home and placed in your desired room on the ground floor. For flats or apartments without lift access, there is a small fee of £29 per flight of stairs to account for the additional time required.

Smaller items, such as nightstands, coffee tables, lamps, and small mirrors, may be delivered via pallet or parcel carriers.

DO YOU INSTALL THE ITEMS? 

Our free delivery service does not include unpacking, item installation, or packaging removal. However, for a small fee, you can upgrade to our premium delivery service. The cost of this upgrade will vary based on the items you have ordered.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DELIVER?

For made-to-order items, we typically deliver within 7 days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once the items are in our warehouse, our couriers will reach out to you to schedule a convenient delivery day. On the delivery day, you will receive a call from our couriers 30 minutes before they arrive at your door.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS?

We will deliver multiple item orders once all items are in stock at our warehouse.

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

Our items are typically delivered by courier from Monday to Friday.

DO YOU DELIVER TO IRELAND?

Yes, we do deliver to Ireland. However, this area is not covered by our free delivery service. For a delivery cost to Ireland or Northern Ireland, please contact us at 01908 216 200 or email us at info@denelli.co.uk.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer direct international delivery, but we can collaborate with your shipping agent to transport goods anywhere in the world. So far, we have successfully shipped to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and both North and South America.
