IS DELIVERY OF SOFAS AND FURNITURE FREE?

We offer a free delivery service to most of the UK. However, we do surcharge for areas that are just too far for our drivers to get to. These include:

ENGLAND
EX, TQ, PL, TR, ML

SCOTLAND - All postcodes

If you live in any of these postcodes, the delivery surcharge will be £99 for as much as you order!

For deliveries in Northern Ireland, please contact us for a price.

We regrettably are unable to deliver to islands off the UK Mainland (e.g. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man). However, if you have a UK mainland shipper, we can deliver to them.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER ITEMS?

In most instances we deliver via a 2 man delivery service. The item will be brought into your property and placed in the room of your choice on the ground floor. In the case of flats/apartments without the option of goods to fit in a lift we do ask for a small fee of £29 per flight of stairs.

Smaller items like nightstand, coffee tables, lamps, small mirrors can be delivered through pallet or parcel carriers (Ground floor delivery).

DO YOU INSTALL THE ITEMS?

Our free delivery service does not include unpack, installation of items and removal of rubbish. For a small fee we can upgrade our standard delivery service to our gold service. The cost of this service will depend on the items that you have ordered.

We do not fit mirrors to walls, anchor console units to walls etc.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We don't deliver internationally direct, however we can work with your shipping agent to get goods to any part of the world. To date we have shipped to Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, North and South America.

On this product we only require a 20% deposit.

The remaining balance will be due a few days before confirmed delivery date.

This sofa is sturdy and reliable, the hardwood frame is made with sustainably sourced timber, put together by skilled craftsmen, by hand in the UK, this sofa is made to last. The duck feather scatter cushions are 100% responsibly sourced. They’re included, and they’ll be supplied in the same body fabric you choose. 4 x scatters cushions included with the sofa.
