FAQ's

When will my items arrive?
On each product we give an approximate timescale for when your products will arrive, this is only an approximate timescale and can vary slighty. If we happen to have your items in stock we arrange to deliver within 7 days depending on your location. Outside UK mainland delivery times will vary.

What is the 30% deposit?
This is the deposit amount we require to secure your order. The remaining balance is paid once your items come into stock just prior to delivery.

Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
We do have a showroom where you can view our products, this is by appointment only . We do not have all of our products on show but there is enough variety in our showroom to get an idea of the quality of products we supply.

Can you ship my items abroad?
Please contact us for a price quote on this service, if we cannot send to your destination country we can send your items to a shipping port of your choice.

Do you have any colour samples you can send me?
For our own brand ' Denelli Italia' we do, please let us know via the ' Contact Us' facility, for the other brands we stock you will have come to our showroom to look at colour/finishes available.

Is there a surcharge if I pay via credit card?
Currently we do not charge anything extra for paying with a credit card.

Can I pay cash on delivery for furniture?
We do not offer this service, all items need to be paid in full prior to leaving our warehouse.

I have bought something on your website but I want to change the colour, how can I do so?
If you want to change the colour of the product you have ordered please contact us immediately, if production has already started for your order then unfortunately we will not be able to ammend the colour. Please ensure you are 100% happy with the colour/finish by requesting a colour sample or by visiting our showroom.

I live in a 4th floor apartment, will you deliver my order to my door?
Only if you have requested this service prior to delivery. As this is not covered by our free delivery service there will be a surcharge, each flight of stairs costs £10, if your items fit into the elevator then there will be no charge.

Do you deliver on weekends?
We can deliver on weekends but there is a £50 surcharge for this.

Does your delivery team take any product packaging away with them?
Unfortunately our delivery team cannot take any packaging away with them, we strongly advise you to not get rid of anything until you are fully satisfied with your new furniture.

Does the furniture come fully assembled?
Most of our products come fully assembled, sometimes you many be required to attached the product legs, this is a very simple procedure and shouldnt take more than a few minutes.

Do you have a home visit design service?
Unfortunately we do not have this service available, you are more than welcome to supply your room dimensions and our design team will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I use your Facebook and Twitter discount codes on the same purchase?
Unfortunately we only allow you to use one voucher code on the same purchase (Facebook, Twitter, brand or sale).
