Furniture Delivery
90% of items sold by Denelli will be delivered via our free 2 man UK mainland delivery service. Small parcels-non fragile items will be delivered via DHL. Once items enter our warehouse we will contact you to clear any outstanding balances (if any). After which point our Specialist carrier team will ring you to organise delivery.
With our free delivery service* all items are delivered to the ground floor of your home. In the case of flats/apartments all items will be left in reception area (unless they will fit in an elevator) we are not responsible for the items after this point. Alternatively you can request for your items to go up a flight of stairs, this is charged from £10 per flight of stairs* and you will need to notify Denelli Italia of this prior to delivery. Our free delivery service does not include unpack, installation, timed delivery (either am/pm) or removal of rubbish. However you can agree this with our drivers at point of delivery or contact us for our premier delivery service. Our free delivery service runs from Monday- Friday and you will be allocated a date and estimated time for delivery. Our carrier team will work with you to find a suitable time.
Premier delivery service
If you require our premier service which includes unpack and installation, furniture put into position, timed delivery (either am or pm) or weekend delivery. Please contact us for pricing. Guide price for this service is £79.00 depending on location.
Failed delivery
In the event of a failed delivery such as the item does not fit, customer unavailable once delivery date has been agreed, carriers do not have access to property etc... There is a surcharge of £150 for redelivery. If the item cannot fit into the property and has to be returned we will refund your monies minus 20% restocking fee and any product delivery costs. Note: The direct delivery costs will paid by the customer even though our website shows free delivery and this will also include the return costs. Free delivery service* Our free delivery service includes UK Mainland only. Please request shipping quote for Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Ireland, Northern Ireland and all other European destinations. Important Points Once an item comes into stock we can store it for up to 4 weeks at our warehouse, after which your item will be put into storage at a charge of £25.00 per week. Please do not discard any existing furniture you have until you have received your new furniture and are fully satisfied with it. We cannot be held liable if you choose to do so.
*Costs for moving furniture up staircases vary. Price depends on size, weight and man power required for the job. Please contact us prior to order for charges.
