IS DELIVERY OF SOFAS AND FURNITURE FREE?

Yes, if you live in the UK (mainland).

We offer a free delivery service to most of the UK. However, we do surcharge for areas that are just too far for our drivers to get to. These include:

ENGLAND
EX, TQ, PL, TR

SCOTLAND
G, EH, AB, IV, DD, KA, ML, PA, FK, KW, PH, KY

If you live in any of these postcodes, the delivery surcharge will be £99 for as much as you order! 

For deliveries in Northern Ireland, please contact us for a price.

We regrettably are unable to deliver to islands off the UK Mainland (e.g. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man). However, if you have a UK mainland shipper, we can deliver to them.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER ITEMS?

In most instances we deliver via a 2 man delivery service. The item will be brought into your property and placed in the room of your choice on the ground floor. In the case of flats/apartments without the option of goods to fit in a lift we do ask for a small fee of £29 (in most cases) to cover the extra time on site.  

Smaller items like nightstand, coffee tables, lamps, small mirrors will be delivered through pallet or parcel carriers.

DO YOU INSTALL THE ITEMS? 

Our free delivery service does not include unpack, installation of items and removal of packaging. For a small fee we can upgrade our standard delivery service to our gold service. The cost of this service will depend on the items that you have ordered.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DELIVER?

For items that are made to order we usually deliver within 7 days of those items arriving in our warehouse. When items arrive in our warehouse our couriers will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. On the day of delivery our couriers will give you a call 30 minutes before they arrive at your door.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS?

We will deliver multiple item orders when all items are in stock in our warehouse.

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

Our items are generally delivered by courier Monday to Friday. 

DO YOU DELIVER TO IRELAND?

Yes we deliver to Ireland. However this is not included in our free delviery service area. If you require a cost for delivery to Ireland/Northern Ireland please contact us on 01908 216 200 or at info@denelli.co.uk.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We don't deliver internationally direct, however we can work with your shipping agent to get goods to any part of the world. To date we have shipped to Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, North and South America.
